About Us

Hello. My name is Mark Schneeberger, and I am the owner and founder of Complete Dog Training. I founded this company with a mission: to help people communicate better with their dogs. For fifteen years, I have trained dogs professionally. But I’ve spent my entire lifetime fascinated by these creatures. 

Growing up, I asked for a dog every single day until my twelfth birthday. I got a big old Black Lab named Toner, in honor of my father’s print shop. Sadly, Toner died very young due to complications from compulsive rock eating. It was hard for a 15-year-old to go through. Looking back, I know that good training would have saved his life. Five years later, I rescued a Pitbull puppy and quickly found myself spending more and more time researching dog training. 

So, I left college to follow my passion, soon graduating from the Animal Behavior College (CPDT) and later the National K-9 School For Dog Trainers (Master Trainer course, CPT). Since then, I’ve worked with dogs on a daily basis, helping well over a thousand dogs and their owners on their journeys. In my spare time, I compete in AKC obedience with my own dogs. Every dog I have ever had at the end of my leash has required a slightly different approach. That’s my goal. To help YOU communicate better with YOUR dog. 

Without the owner’s active participation in the training process, the training is destined to fail. As a result, I offer in-home private lessons to ensure that your dog learns to listen to YOU in YOUR environment. Together, I believe we can accomplish some pretty awesome things. You’d be surprised by what a dog can do when you challenge them to be great.
